1. Registration Fees

*All dates and deadline stated below are according to China Standard Time (GMT+8).


2. Entitlements

 Conference materials

● Banquet and coffee breaks


3. Registration & Payment methods 

 If you are attending as a domestic participant and need to pay by WeChat/Alipay/UnionPay, please click the following button. 


● If you are attending as an international participant and need to pay by Visa/Master credit card issued outside of mainland China, please click the following button. Amex or other credit cards are not supported.



4. Cancellation Policy

1) Delegates who find themselves unable to attend SUMGLASS2025 after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations should be notified in writing by e-mail to SUMGLASS2025 Secretariat: lifeng.li@whut.edu.cn.

2) Refund of the registration fee will be as follows:

● Cancellations until 31 August 2025: 50 USD for administrative costs
● Cancellations after 1 September 2025: no refund

Refunds will be processed within 60 days of approval of cancellation of registration.

The above time is based on Beijing Time (GMT+8).

The Accompanying Persons program is available for the spouse or partner of a delegate.


5. Notes

● Accommodation is not included, but you can book collaborating hotels at a cheaper price after registration.
