As the past three SUMGLASS meetings in France, Wuhan SUMGLASS 2025 aims to unite the research and industrial communities again within the theme of nuclear and industrial glasses for energy transition.
This workshop will provide participants an opportunity to exchange insights on the challenges and methodologies related to the vitrification of nuclear and hazardous wastes, as well as the production and properties of industrial glasses. Recent advancements in glass de-carbonization technologies and glass materials for energy transition will be also discussed to expand the role of the glass on the carbon neutrality.
Esteemed international specialists are invited to deliver keynotes, while an abstract call is opened for both oral and poster presentations encompassing all topics addressed in the workshop.
